At which floor should all cab modernization be performed?

Modernizing an elevator cab typically involves significant alterations that can disrupt the building’s operation. Performing this work at the top floor is strategic for several reasons. As for the other locations, they may have drawbacks. The ground floor would be inconvenient for accessing the upper components of the system.
